The Doorstep Delivery integration enables you to use Parcelpoint to deliver parcels to customers located within our coverage areas.

This document covers the 3 elements of integrating with Parcelpoint for Local Delivery:

  • Label — how to generate a label so we can deliver your parcels efficiently through the Parcelpoint network
  • Manifest — a range of methods you can use to send us the data we need before we pick up parcels from your warehouse
  • Tracking — options to use our tracking page (no integration required) or capture tracking events to use in your own platform

Label and Manifest are the minimum requirements before you start sending parcels using our Local Delivery service.

We offer a range of integration options to suit your needs, outlined within each of the 3 main sections of this document (Label, Manifest, and Tracking). Your end-to-end integration solution will typically follow one of two approaches:

Flat-file approach

API approach

To get started using the Local Delivery integration:

  • Email Parcelpoint for a developer account
  • Locate your production and staging SFTP details or API keys in the email we send you
