When booking a return parcel via our API we return a URL to a label that the customer needs to attach to the parcel. The URL does expire after 24 hours, so we do advise saving the label to your system if you plan on resupplying the link to the customer after this time.
Return label
The return label is in A4 size and is not customisable except for the Addressee. If you wish to change the Addressee, please contact our sales team.
